How much do turnovers cost?

What if a guest leaves the place in bad shape?

Do I need to be there during turnovers?

Guest bookings move, so we work around them. Give us at least 24 hours' notice and there's no charge to reschedule or cancel. Changes inside 24 hours may incur a fee to cover the cleaner's reserved time.
What if something isn't right after a clean?
Every turnover is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Tell us what was missed and we'll come back and fix it.
