Our childcare cleaning services are designed so educators can focus on children while the centre is clean, safe and ready every morning. We agree a documented scope with your centre, set frequencies room by room, and record completion on every visit. That record gives you something concrete to show during assessment and rating visits, and a quick way to confirm nothing was missed after a hectic day.
- Playrooms: Floors vacuumed and mopped; low surfaces, shelving and door handles sanitised. Window sills, light switches and the lower half of glass doors get extra attention.
- Toys and resources: Hard toys and soft surfaces cleaned on your rotation schedule. Baby room toys that get mouthed can be cleaned more often, and educators can set aside anything that needs attention.
- Nappy-change areas: Change mats, benches and surrounds disinfected; bins emptied and relined. Taps, step stools and nearby wall surfaces are included.
- Kitchens and eating areas: Food-safe sanitising of benches and tables. Highchair trays, straps and legs are cleaned as well as the seats, and floors under eating areas are mopped.
- Bathrooms: Child-height toilets, basins and taps cleaned and disinfected. Hand dryers, soap dispensers and door handles are wiped down, and floors are mopped with a disinfectant suited to wet areas.
- Sleep rooms: Floors cleaned, cot frames and rails wiped; bins emptied.

Do you clean kindergartens and outside-school-hours care?
Yes. Alongside long day care centres, we clean kindergartens, early learning centres and outside-school-hours care services, each to its own scope.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Our standard service is a daily after-hours clean on the days your centre operates.
Do you clean on weekends?
Yes. Cleaning runs seven days a week, so weekend visits can be booked for periodic tasks or before an assessment visit.
Do we need to supply cleaning products?
No. Cleaners bring professional products and equipment to every visit.
Do you clean outdoor play areas?
Yes. Outdoor areas, verandahs and play equipment can be added to your scope. Tell us what your centre has, and we'll include the tasks and frequencies that suit your space.
Will the same cleaners come each time?
Where possible, yes. We assign a regular team to each centre so the people on site know your rooms, routines and sign-in process. If a substitute is needed, they hold the same WWCC and police check clearances.
How do you access the centre after hours?
We agree access when your scope is set: keys, swipe cards or alarm codes, plus any sign-in or lock-up procedure your centre follows. Cleaners secure the building and set the alarm when they finish.
Can the scope change as our centre grows?
Yes. When you add rooms, extend hours or open a new site, we update the scope and frequencies with you.
Can educators flag things for the cleaners?
Yes. Educators can leave a note about a spill, a room that needs extra attention or artwork and resources to leave in place, and the cleaner works to it that evening.
